Here in Melbourne I found a bottle shop where the Blue Tongue Lagers were on special – a slab / case / box of these has unfortunately not lasted very long, much like the pilsners….. !

I like your crusade against 330 ml bottles. Say “No !” to small beers !!

My recent trip to Vietnam revealled that the standard Vietnamese beer “stubbie” is 450 ml minimum, and usually closer to 600 ml. Fantastic ! The cans were very small at 300ml, but at less than 75 cents a can they went down very quickly….

This year I started with some micro brewery beers. The BT Pils was way better than I expected. Your comments are spot on and this is one beer I will buy in the future, though I try not to buy the little 330ml bottles because it only encourages more breweries to shortchange us with less beer.
